Welcome to Corner Cottage & Flint Cottage
The perfect place for a relaxing break - at any time of year
Corner Cottage and Flint Cottage are delightful single-storey period cottages in the peaceful market town of Saxmundham - just 4 miles from Benjamin Britten’s concert hall at Snape Maltings and 8 miles from the popular coastal town of Aldeburgh - providing the ideal base to enjoy all that Suffolk has to offer.
Each cottage sleeps 4 people, in two bedrooms. Corner Cottage is compact, with the cosy feel of a traditional ‘cottage’. Flint Cottage is homely, and feels spacious with its separate sitting room and dining room, high ceilings and internal stained-glass features. Choose whichever one best suits you. Or book both to accommodate up to 8 people.

The Town of Saxmundham
Saxmundham is a small market-town (market-day Wednesday) on the River Fromus, a tributory of the River Alde. Restored to tranquility since the A12 bypass was built some years ago, Saxmundham is like stepping back in time to a more relaxed pace of life.
